Friendships

I don't understand how you can have a friend for so many years and think that they are your best friend and like a sister, and then when you are down and out and needing help, they are no where to be found. They help you start to do something you love and say that they will be your support, will help you when you need it and believe in you as long as you stick with it, but when it comes down to it, it all seems like lies. I didn't know that this was friendship and if it is I don't want it.
