Yet another challenge in my life ...

Well I am under foreclosure again and I am not able to stop it this time. I went under it last time after a time when I was off work. At that time my church stepped up and was able to help me. Now, this time, I am on my own and we are behind because I lost my job, was off work for a month, and I am only working temporary and making half of what I was making at my regular job. With my mortgage company once you get 2 months behind, they will not take partial payments, they will only take the full amount past due. So I am ok with losing my house because I found a great 2 bedroom house to rent that is still in my price range and is still in my son's school district and close enough to his friends and even closer to where his sister is living at. Now I am praying that the landlord will look past the issues of the past and give me a chance to start over.
